Arillas is a truly magical place on the north-west tip of Corfu.
Its a place with a slower pace of life & a calming energy that will effortlessly absorb into your being and let you forget about any TO DO lists and hectic schedules.
While staying on this island paradise, everything that you will need will be within a short walking distance: bright, modern apartments not far from the tranquil beach village of Arillas, a spacious wooden yoga shala steps away from your accommodations, and nearby supermarkets and shops in case you forgot or need anything during your stay.
A few steps up the picturesque coastal slope, our landlord Nikos runs his café/restaurant Akrotiri, which is well-known for its spectacular sunsets and vegetarian cuisine. It is here at Akrotiri that we will enjoy healthy breakfasts and dinners daily.
If you wish, staying in these walking distance locations may be all you want for the week, but your also welcome to jump on a Quad or boat and explore more of Corfu if you feel like exploring.
Whereas the island can provide many fun external journeys, the retreat classes will take you on a different kind of journey--inwards. Eric will offer an inspiring mix of Yoga, Tantra Yoga, meditation, and a special Wellness Workshop to support your overall well-being.
This retreat will give a lot to de-compress, re-balance and equip you with practices that can be practiced long after this retreat. In the end, its all about better understanding the User's Manual of Your-Self.

Tantra Yoga in this retreat
The practices of Tantra Yoga will be applied to effectively manage an individuals energies and expand awareness. Practices include: yoga poses, breathwork, mantras, visualisations, meditations & rituals (none of which are sexual rituals or practices).

450,-€ for 7 yoga classes (2-hours each) plus 1 Workshop (2-hours). All other costs are separate.

We are very fortunate to be able to offer both breakfast and dinner here. Due to the ideal north-west orientation on the coast and the slightly elevated position above the village, you will soak in some beautiful and long sunsets here.
The vegetarian and a la Carte food choices at Akrotiri are about variety. You will be spoiled with fresh local delicacies and maybe even Nicos' mom spontaneously cooking her favorite dish or colorful Greek-style desserts for you!

Accommodations
The Liana Apartments, Lemon Garden & Nikolai Apartments are a small oasis of calmness with secluded gardens and a yoga shala at the Liana Apartments. We have these accommodations all to ourselves - divided into 3 locations with 11 apartments.
The availability and pricing for these accommodations differ only slightly.
To book your accommodation, contact Eric Bennewitz by email. Eric will put you into the appropriate building based on availability and confirm with you. Due to the size of the Yoga Shala, we can accommodate up to 20 participants in our yoga group.

FAQ
What is the Cancellation Policy? Our cancellation policy is strict and firm. The 450€ payment for yoga classes and workshop are non-refundable, but transferable. It is due no later than April 1, 2027.
Will I have free time during the retreat? Yes! You will have time to explore Corfu anyway you wish after each morning class has ended.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat and props? We recommend that you bring your own yoga mat and props if possible. However, a limited amount of yoga mats and props will be available in the yoga shala.
Are breakfasts and dinners optional? Yes! They are completely optional. However, we feel that group meals are energy bonding and we invite the retreat group to attend meals with Eric.
How do I pay for my accommodation and meals? This is paid directly to the accommodation owners at the conclusion of the retreat. Meals at Akrotiri Café are paid on-site at the end of each day.
